CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER--Sandbox Dance Program co-presented with the Central Park Conservancy

July 21, 2009
2:00pm - 3:00pm

FREE, Location: Heckscher Playground (W 63rd)

In collaboration with the Central Park Conservancy, Michael Wimberly teaches us to play electrifying rhythms on hand percussion instruments and to create your very own African-inspired dance. This six part program was made possible by the Mitsui Foundation as part of the 2009 Mitsui Family Days.

No music or movement experience required; just bring your sense of adventure and imagination!
