Perspectives: Women, Art and Islam Artist Talk

FREE The exhibiting artists will speak about their work and the influence of Islam on their creative process. Exhibition curators Kimberli Gant and Lisa Binder will lead a discussion on the exhibition theme and curatorial process.

 

Location: MoCADA 80 Hanson Place at South Portland in Downtown Brooklyn

Perspectives: Women, Art, and Islam is co-organized by MoCADA and the Museum for African Art and is presented in conjunction with Muslim Voices: Art and Ideas, a city-wide celebration.
