Location: MoCADA 80 Hanson Place at South Portland in Downtown Brooklyn

Please join the Museum for African Art and MoCADA for the first viewing of Perspectives: Women, Art and Islam.  This reception will be the first event of Muslim Voices: Arts and Ideas and will include refreshments and live music by DJ Tikka Masala.  You will also have the chance to view Hayat Gul: Muslim Perspectives in the foyer of the James E. Davis 80 Arts Building from May 21—June 14.

Perspectives: Women, Art, and Islam is co-organized by MoCADA and the Museum for African Art and is presented in conjunction with Muslim Voices: Art and Ideas, a city-wide celebration.
