African Games

Museum for African Art educator Ebon Brown will guide participants in learning about African games such as Mancala, a board game carved out of wood using marbles as pieces, which dates back to the 17th century. Make your own game board that you can take home and play with friends and family.
This program is co-presented by The Central Park Conservancy. For more information, call 212-860-1370. This program is FREE and no advance registration is necessary. All ages welcome. Space is limited, no afterschool groups please. Participants can drop in anytime between 3:00 and 4:30 pm.
